Me & my mum stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights in October. On arrival we were met by Maura at reception. She was extremely friendly & welcoming. Nothing was any trouble. She checked us into our upgraded room, which was a great surprise & bonus. I was taking part in the Killarney Adventure Race, so the jacuzzi bath was well used!

Our room was beautifully appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable & the 2 armchairs & table were good for watching the TV. It was tastefully decorated & the bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower & the aforementioned jacuzzi bath.

Breakfast & dinner at the hotel was delicious. Great choices to cater to everyone's needs. Soda bread was very tasty. All staff were extremely efficient. Special mention to Anne who was very friendly & cheery in the morning.

Me & my mum had a great 4 days staying at Victoria House Hotel. It is an excellent family run hotel, with amazing friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Killarney. Lesley & Betty Trainor from Glasgow, Scotland.

Thank you for your great review which we were delighted to read! We admired your bubbling energy as you left in the morning to take part in the big race. We waved you off from our cosy spot by the fire as we settled back into our own early morning comfy lethargy with a mug of steaming tea! We hope to see you both back again soon!

We were "stranded" in Killarney recently when Hurricane Ophelia took direct aim at the southern coast of Ireland. Originally, we planned to hike the Ring of Kerry but due to the storm we stayed inland in Killarney. How lucky for us that we found the Victoria House Hotel. The staff did everything to make sure that the guests were well cared for even during the worst storm in Ireland in decades. Even during the power outage, the kitchen managed to provide an excellent breakfast! The hotel is lovely, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed and the onsite restaurant and pub are excellent so this would have been a great place to stay even without a storm, but I think a mark of a great place is also shown when things don't go according to plan. My hat is off to you, Victoria House Hotel.

Room Tip: We had a king size bed and the room was huge

What can I say? I love this place. Food is good and service goes above and beyond. Maura is an absolute gem and looked after us so well after a hiccup with our room. So delighted to come to a place 3 years in a row and it remains consistent.
Can't wait to come back again next year.

The property is really well maintained and it is clean and comfortable. It is not walking distance to the city centre, however, with a car it is easy to get around and a short drive to the main street restaurants. We enjoyed our one night stay!

Came here for a night as we were going to a concert in the INEC. It is a great location, 5min drive to the town centre and just a 2 minute walk to the INEC. Food in the bar was really good, service was good and with a smile. Maura at the desk made the experience. She made it personal getting to know your names and asking all about you. As it was an anniversary we were upgraded to a suite and it was just the perfect experience. Will definitely be back when there is another concert
