Nice new hotel, ideally located within Harrogate, being close to town centre, and numerous restaurants. Also very close to the Conference Centre, and therefore ideal for businesses, concerts etc. Car parking facilities next door are also very good and prices reasonable, though not free as in places out of towns, so adds to cost of stay.

The entire hotel and rooms are very clean, and the eating area has a nice outlook onto the gardens of the Majestic Hotel next door. Staff are friendly and helpful, though we have been honest in the hotels own survey by stating that one single member of staff, though adequate fell below our expectations from staying at this and other hotels.

Breakfasts were excellent and beds very comfortable. My son wasn't overly impressed by the wifi though it was fine for the time we stayed and was free.

My old school friends and I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre and we all agreed we could not have done better for good accommodation and access to the town. Despite Harrogate and the Premier Inn being very busy the staff were smiley and helpful all the time. One young man even went up to a room to enquire about one of our number who was not in the reception on time and, as she had recently broken her leg, we had some concern about showering safely.

Usual high standard, excellent breakfast, good rooms, well furnished, excellent staff, what more to say. Easy walking distance from station and town centre, will stay there again. Parking expensive, not hotels parking, belongs to conference centre

The only downside is the walk up to the hotel, then you find out you can walk through the Majestic Hotel gardens and you're straight in the centre.
Rooms were very nice, usual good nights sleep.
Deals include a breakfast, Dinner and drink for £22.
The breakfast wasn't the usual buffet affair, not sure why, you could have what you wanted and as much as you wanted, but I prepare a buffet breakfast.
Would stay again.

I had a two night stay here for a business trip. The location is excellent being next door and linked to the conference centre. As with every other Premier Inn I've used, the room was spotless and quiet.
The reception staff were efficient and friendly.
The restaurant was a bit chaotic. Food took a long time to come and when it did it was the wrong order. Breakfast on day one was particularly bad. I don't think much prepping is done for the cooked to order breakfast. It took so long to come I ran late. The staff were very apologetic about the delays on both days of my stay, but if they want to attract business customers they need to look at what's going on in the kitchen.
