I would personally like to thank all the staff at The Falstaff Hotel for accommodating our staff over the past year while they worked at the Jaguar Landrover site. They have been made to feel extremely welcome and have treated your hotel as 'home from home'.
I would highly recommend you to any company looking for accommodation for staff working in the area. Rates are reasonable and the staff have been friendly and approachable.

Please pass my thanks and regards to everyone.

A one night stay became three, due to having to change my plans at the last minute. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate me at short notice without any fuss. The rooms are exactly what I would expect for the price, but I have to say, my stay was made so much more pleasant due to the professional, attentive and very friendly staff. Extremely polite and ready to help at anytime, day or night.
Personally, helpful, friendly staff are much more important to me than other petty factors that some travellers may complain about on this site. Many thanks Aaron, Morgan, Emma, Johnny and Craig.

We stayed the Falstaff Leamington from 08-12-2017 till 10-12-2017 to visit our family.

We have a few observations:

No heat in the bathroom (this was the same 3 years ago).

No spare loo roll.

Inside bathroom cabinet was filthy.

Kettle did not turn off and it needed descaling.

Room did not seem very clean.

No hot water from Saturday morning till late on Saturday evening.

When we got back on Sunday evening the room had not been made up, we had to ask for clean towels.

The bar was freezing and the service was awful.

We were informed the breakfast was 7.30 but on both mornings it was nearer 8.00.

Breakfast was only luke warm and on Sunday the choice was egg, beans, tinned tomatoes and mushrooms, no bacon or sausages, make your own toast just what you need with 6 inches if snow outside.

It seemed that the staff on duty Friday were more interested in enjoying the function than looking after the paying guests.

Bits of it are OK, but there's plenty of areas that are tired and need refurbishment. Wires clipped to skirting boards etc. No hotel info in the rooms (breakfast etc)
Wireless seemed OK though.
My shower was just a trickle (room 8) and was unable to shower. I reported it, so lets see if they fix it.
