Nice hotel which looks very Georgian in style. There is a small car park for about three cars. My room was compact but nice plenty of sockets for mobile devices.
The breakfast was very nice which was included in the price. The staff were very friendly.
There are plenty of place to eat and drink nearby.

I stayed here for one night with work.

It is very easy to find and located on a busy junction in the heart of Leamington with a small car park at the rear for around 5 cars.

Friendly welcome, free wi-Fi throughout.

Handy location with flat screen tv with a homely location.

I stayed for one night whilst in the area.

Check in was quick and simple. I had a single room which was small but it had a small ensuite.

The room has additional secondary glazing which was ok as the hotel is on a busy junction. The noise was not noticeable.

The room had a single Yale key on the door and did not have a safe.

There isn't a bar but there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was served at 7.30am and as I was rushing they allowed me to start earlier and did me a full English which was pretty good.

A simple efficient hotel

good clean room, tea and coffee n room, WI-FI, Good size bathroom. Breakfast very good but we were not able to sit together as a family due to the small size of the breakfast room. Friendly staff and off street parking.

Effectively just a B&B, no bar or restaurant but close enough to the town for all those facilities. Even had free parking which is a good bonus. Old building but well decorated and furnished. Clean and bright. Breakfast cooked to order and good coffee, Okay it can be a bit noisy from the traffic but this doesn't go on all night. I am surprised by the comments on price, I booked a few months in advance with an agreed price and I did not pay anything until I actually arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
