Another great Premier Inn. Clean, quiet and comfortable room overlooking the car park. Very helpful and efficient reception staff – Thank you Samantha! Easy to find close to the M6 and large free car park. Bed was super comfortable and more pillows were provided. A fan and extra sheet for the bed were already in the room on arrival, should we have needed them. Another big plus for us, the window opened! Great location for Lancaster and Morecambe. Recommended and would stay here again.
We booked at short notice. It was the closest location to The Lakes. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and it was around 30 miles or so away from Lake Windermere. We would stay again. Lancaster is a nice town.
As a family we stayed in two rooms at the beginning and end of a five night break at Center Parcs.
Due to having had a really nice night and a very peaceful sleep. I enquired at reception if it would be possible to have the same two rooms upon our return at the end of the week. Staff member Sue was absolutely brilliant. Sue managed to secure the same two rooms for us and was lovely to our Grandchildren. We returned after five nights and were greeted by Sue again who remembered us and asked the Grandchildren if they had enjoyed their surprise holiday to Center Parcs. Really nice lady.
We also wanted to mention another staff member on the front desk called Amanda. Amanda went the extra mile for us when the Beefeater next door was unable to accommodate our party of 7, for another 45 minutes. We couldn't wait as we had three young children with us. Amanda helped us to locate local eateries and provided postcodes and contact phone numbers.
Excellent service provided by these two ladies. Made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be stopping here again. I hope that the staff receive the praise from their managers.

Just off the motorway and in a quiet location. Nice inn but beds a little uncomfortable - free parking and adjacent Brewers Fayre are a bonus ! Would stay again for a short stop on way back from further north (if travelling south)
