Great staff and well laid out facilities.
Good value for Money.
5/5
This is the place we stay at when doing our Shows at the Black Country Museum.
Always polite staff and great little bar, you dont need to spend a lot but they always give a lot in return.

Was here for 4 nights for work. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with king size bed and day bed/sofa. Clean bathroom with shower over bath. TV was smaller than expected and was mounted in corner of the cupboard. In-house restaurant only has a small menu selection but did not dine there as there are many other options a short 3 minute walk near the Showcase cinema such as Frankie & Benny's, Bella Italia, Chiquito, Nandos, and Mcdonalds. Behind the hotel is a Hungry house pub, Costa cafe (got my morning coffees from there), and KFC. Tesco supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Can't complain. You get the standard of a Premier Inn, and there is a supermarket close by which is great. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful when we asked them for recommendations on where to eat.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Black Country Museum. Unlike any other Premier Inn we have visited, it appeared to be under-utilized during our stay. The car park was never particularly full, the restaurant was never frequented by anyone. The staff were never present on Reception but did appear when summoned by a bell. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we required for a short stay and was comfortable. Close to Dudley Town Centre, the Museum, the Zoo, on a new complex of restaurants and a multi-screen cinema. FYI to exit the parking area, you do need to remember the number allocated to raise the barrier. No complaints at all.
