Bistro on the Square is the public restaurant in the Cotswold House where our group stayed three nights. We enjoyed a meal at Bistro, but used the venue most often for procurement of adult beverages.
Bistro is well furnished and the staff is most agreeable. There is a dedicated entrance from the street as well as being easily accessed from within the hotel. If the bar has a specialty or concentration it's the wide variety of gin on the shelf.
The food menu isn't large, however it is adequate. There's enough to find something that sounds good.
