Back to work after a fantastic 2week holiday in Domaine de Kerlann with our 2 young girls (1.5 & 3.5yrs). We had a lovely holiday last year in the Vendee region with Eurocamp, but this year’s holiday was much better, and we would definitely recommend Siblu, and will strongly consider a holiday in Brittany again next year. From speaking with people, and reading Tripadvisor reviews, we knew that the weather would be a risk, so I guess we were very lucky with the weather (only 1 wet day in 2 weeks, with temperature ranging from 24-32degrees). However, what set this years holiday apart was a) the quality of entertainment and activities on offer in Domaine de Kerlann, and b) the lovely towns, beaches and scenery in Brittany compared with the Vendee. The park itself is very pretty, with lots of tall mature trees, so it has a forest feel. The facilities are good (Mobile home was spotless, nice pools, take-away etc. but what we would expect from a good park). However, as mentioned already, the entertainment for children is fantastic, and to echo other reviews, the entertainment staff are really excellent. We started our days with some fresh pastries from the shop, followed by a trip to the bubbles club (for under 4’s) where it was obvious that a lot of thought, training & preparation had been put into the 1hr sessions (far superior to what we had experienced last year). Both our girls loved going there every day, and my Wife and I enjoyed watching them enjoying themselves! Afterwards, we typically then went to the pool, or one of the many lovely nearby beaches, or went exploring the very pretty local towns. (Pont Aven is beautiful as is Trevignon). There was an option of returning to the bubbles club from 4-5 but we typically did not avail of this, as we were busy elsewhere. There is a main stage in the entertainment area, with shows beginning at 7pm for younger kids, and going on until about 11 or later. All of us enjoyed the shows, with ranged from musicals, to talent shows, to magic shows. My wife and I simply could not believe the work that the entertainment team put in each day. They seem to be going non-stop from 9am until 12pm. Solene was the bubble’s club leader, and we could not praise her highly enough - She was so energetic, enthusiastic, caring, competent, and hard-working – It was amazing to see her on stage at night singing & dancing very professionally, in front of a packed courtyard of 600+ people, and to see her again the following morning, making a hat for our 1.5yr with a smile on her face, and conversing in both English and French. She even approached us to chat, a number of times, during her time off which we felt really showed how much she cared about the visitors. Solene, and the entertainment team, were a big reason why we had a truly great holiday, and why we would definitely recommend both Siblu and Domaine de Kerlann to anyone considering a family holiday in France. We had fantastic weather – others may not be so lucky, but there’s a possibility of rain anywhere if France we reckon, and the short trip from the ferry (1.75hrs) was a big plus for us. In terms of negative points, there were a few minor items, but nothing that had a huge impact on our enjoyment. 1) we suffered some insect bites in the evenings 2) Our Moible home decking/terrace area did not have a gate, which was a safety concern for our 1.5yr old. 3) we enquired about some minor items at reception, but they didn’t get back to us (“we’ll write it into the book” was the only response, even though they were very pleasant to deal with). 4) Our BBQ was quite old and dingy, and a bit off-putting even though we did use it. Overall though, a fantastic holiday, but it was still nice to get back to our own beds after 2 weeks in a mobile home!!

We've just returned from our first and definitely not our last visit.
The site and staff (everyone from reception, cleaning staff, bar, entertainment and the fantastic kids club) were helpful and a credit to the company.
Great facilities and our two kids, 6 and 4 loved it.
5 minutes to Port Aven which is lovely but head a bit further to Quimper.
Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the bed, I could feel the springs coming through. Also the restaurant is over priced for the quality but they do make up for it on the takeaway side of things.

Just returned from an excellent week at this friendly campsite. Clean and well-appointed caravan with a nice welcome pack on arrival. We opted for a quiet part of the site - 642 - as there was entertainment until late each evening and we value our sleep! That said we watched some very proficient Breton musicians that were both funny and entertaining... Young kids will love it as they also hold talent contests. There is no shortage of activities on site! The pools were clean and the lifeguards diligent. The site itself is very well kept and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The free bikes were also a godsend and our two kids really had a great time. The restaurant appeared expensive at first but the overall quality was good and it was no more pricy than others in the area. Lots of stuff to do and see in the area as this part of Brittany is lovely. Small quibbles: it's 5 years since we were last in France and prices seem to have gone up quite a lot although admittedly it is a touristy area... Also the WIFI is patchy at best and not cheap at 21 euros for 7 days. (Beware that you are limited to 2 devices... but not at the same time! Hence we had 2 kids arguing over their allotted times.... you can only imagine). We were lucky with the weather and trips to the beaches at Port Manec'h and Tahiti were very enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Room Tip: ask for free bikes when you book - best to ring up. The 600 area is quiet.

What a great site this is, had a brilliant time, good food in the resuarant and the take away was up to the same standard. Evening entertainment good in the outside patio area. plenty to keep the family occupied and within easy reach of some excellent family friendly beaches and bays. Good, clean and well maintaned mobile homes.

We stayed for a week and were very happy with this campsite. Our mobile home was very modern and even had a washing machine. The outdoor entertainment area was great and our kids enjoyed the clubs. There are many towns and villages within a short drive and lots to see.
