This place has very limited front desk hours. The rest of the time you are on your own. It has no air-conditioning. The room is adequate and extremely close to the major champagne houses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful when the front desk was open. You get what you pay for here.

If you want a hotel with all the frills this is not the place to go.
This is student halls.
It is clean, comfortable and well organised with a continental breakfast.
I would stay again but only as a stop over (I like my creature comforts)

One room, twin beds, a clean shower, friendly service and an OK breakfast. If that's what you're looking for, this is a good place to stay. There is even a parking garage in the basement.
Walking distance to city centre.
All fairly priced.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room is student accommodation in term time and is very basic. It is in walking distance to 5 champagne caverns where there are trips available. It is by a very noisy main road and as there is no air-con, you have to open a window to keep cool. The reception is open for only a very short time so there is no access to items such as an iron or ironing board if needed. There was no room service despite a notice which said to get clean towels, leave them on the floor. The breakfast is very basic for the price. The parking is free only in the street (if there is space) otherwise the parking costs 5€. It is a long walk to the city centre and places to eat and drink.

Room Tip: It costs as much if not more than a budget hotel and my advice is check out those first and use this place only as a last resort.

Although basic this was an excellent place to stay. Traveling with a friend we had twin beds and the room was of adequate size with shower room and small kitchenette including fridge, very useful if you've bought some champagne to chill. There was free street parking outside and the location was convenient for visiting Pommery caves. The only slight drawback was the time it took to walk to the city centre and major restaurants, approx 30mins. If you require a no frills reasonably priced hotel I recommend you consider this property.

Room Tip: Breakfast was available but we didn't have it
