This a nice cathedral. Its a must do thing if you're in Paris. It's close to museum Louvre. There are lots of dining places nearby so you can have a fantastic lunch afterwards

You must get ticket at the kiosk outside cathedral every day from 7-9AM in order to go up Tower, those tickets go fast and you CANT get then in advance. Once you get ticket you will b given a time slot and yoy make a line, they let you in pay for ticket inside cathedral, then you go up! So plan accordingly for the same day! Amazing views up in the tower!

We loved our trip here. It appealed from the history, the beauty, and the architecture. However, once you exit, you cannot go back in as one gentleman lost his daughter inside and when he wanted to go back in he was not permitted.

I thought it would be more mysterious. But my expectations come from an animated cartoon! I’ve seen many more beautiful cathedrals but this one was beautiful too.

We hopped off the Big Red Bus and jumped the very long line out front with our Paris Pass. It's big with lots of small chapels around the side but, for my wife and I, it doesn't have the same charisma and emotional feel as Sacre Coeur or Sainte Chapelle. Had it not been for Victor Hugo I don't think it would be as popular an attraction. It is definitely worth a visit to say that you have been. One thing we didn't like is the noise. Tourists are walking around the place with no respect for the surroundings chatting away loudly. Once is enough for us.
