Contrary to the pictures, the hotel is very poor in terms of health, in addition to the dirty bathroom and toilet ,in the rooms, there were aphids and mosquitoes. The ventilation system of the room was corrupted, however, which provided the room.
The breakfast was of low quality and lacking variety, so there was not even an egg and fresh fruits. Speak with loud staff and Discomfort when guests arrive in the final breakfast hours, Not helping the staff to move passengers luggages.There was no refrigerator in the rooms for keeping children's food, water and anything.At night, because of the sound of the street, there is no easy sleep.

Thanks for sharing your concerns on your stay at Ibis Styles Gare de l'Est Chateau-Landon.

I'm deeply sorry for the cleaning issues you've encountered while staying with us. Be assured that our Housekeeping Manager has been advised of your remarks although we are not responsible for mosquitoes, Summer and Heat are. Our Front Desk Team is available 24/24h and always more than happy to help; do not hesitate to report any issues while on site.

I certainly take note of your breakfast suggestions. Nevertheless, in our continental buffet, we provide our guests with a large selection of products such as different sorts of French cheese, delicious pastries, freshly-squeezed orange juice and twice a week, we organise a 'Crepes and Waffles Party' with no extra fee and only for our guests' satisfaction. We do offer fresh fruits but eggs are not part of 'continental'.

As for your comment on the lack of fridge in your room, please be advised it is not part of Ibis standards. However, we accept to store our guests' food and medicine in our front office fridge when needed.

Sorry you did not get a sound sleep because of the traffic noise although we do have double-glazed windows, we are indeed centrally located in the big city of Paris.

THe hotel is not a very good condition. M'y r oom was smelly and toi hot, it was difficult to gavé Gresh air (no haïr conditioning)
The position in Paris is good and it can be easily reached
Overlay the r oom was clean

Nice little hotel, very close to Gare De Nord and Gare De l'st. There is also a Metro station right next door which is useful. The hotel itself was a bit further out town that we though but still close enough for our needs.

Rooms were very basic, double bed (two singles pushed together) , table, couple seats, ample storage and a TV. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room , however there was a machine (nice coffee too) available in the reception area with take away cups which was perfect was your first coffee of the day on the way out.
There was also no iron available in the room.
Bathroom was clean. Mirror behind the sink could have done with being renewed as the wood at the bottom was all bubbled. Toilet paper was also of poor quality.
Breakfast in the morning was nice and I guess "continental". A selection of bread, serials, yoghurt, spreads, apples and bananas, pastries, cheese and ham. I fairly enjoyed this. This was the same offer every day of our stay (3 days). I would have liked to have seen some different cheeses (consider the local produce available). Some different fruit would have been nice too.
WiFi was decent. Plenty sockets in the room where you would expect them to be.
Staff were a great asset. Very helpful, spoke several languages and even offered advice on traveling around the city and things to do. I would stay here again

I certainly take note of your breakfast selection comments. It's a pitty you were not staying at ours when it's crepes and wafles day (no extra fees, twice a week and just because we're nice!). Thanks for letting us know about your bathroom equipment, the Technical manager was able to fix it. As for the iron, please be advised that we do provide our guests with irons and ironing boards, on request. They are kept at the reception, open 24/24h.
Our team is also delighted you found them to be 'a great asset'! We receive your compliments with great pleasure. Our muticultural staff is indeed very knowledgeable of the area, of our beautiful city and of course we are always happy to help!

Top located for a city trip. The breakfast is good, different kind of bread, fruits and cereals. Unfortunately did we had bedbugs! Spot all over my body after 2 nights. Because of that no recommendation from my side.
