Beautiful, contemporary hotel with a terrific location. Staff is top-notch and incredibly friendly. Helped me greatly with luggage issues & dealing with Airlines. Did not give five stars due to size of room, children's menu is just so-so. Some other minor issues: room smelled of smoke even though it is a non-smoking room/hotel, I woke up each morning with swollen eyes/allergies. The Housekeeping staff came to our room to spray deodorizer which just masks the smell, believe it was coming from a vent somewhere. Lots of children in the hotel but, it is not a hotel for children......Would love to come here for a couples trip but, with the children would probably stay down the block at the lovely Westin Paris, more affordable, larger rooms (and some with Eiffel Tower views).

We spent 3 nights here and were very impressed with many things: the level of service (everyone speaks excellent English) from all personnel that we had contact with: maids, doormen, front desk, concierge, room service, etc; the public spaces; the restaurant; and the room - and especially the bathroom - were modern and beautiful. We had a "junior suite" which really was a very large room, but it was lovely, comfortable, and well appointed and the bathroom/dressing room area was almost as large with seperate shower and bathtub. This is an expensive hotel, no doubt, but also quite an experience. We were here on vacation, but it also would well accomodate business travelers. I will definitely return.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner courtyard are a little darker, but quiter

Just across from the Jardin de Tuileries on the right bank I can't think of a better location from which to navigate Paris. Service is great.

Room Tip: We are a family of 6 so we had a suite and adjoining room. We needed the space. Location is brilliant.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for one week in March and found the staff to be very attentive to our needs. We were upgraded upon arrival, and as a Hyatt Gold Passport member(Platinum) given free wifi service among other considerations. One minor incident illustrates the service level of the hotel. Housekeeping inadvertently swept up my daughter's "blanky' during maid service, which greatly upset her. The hotel did everything it could to find the blanky, and when unable to do so bought her a new stuffed toy at a local design shop. Additionally, they "comped" the price of the suite upgrade. It must be noted I stayed on points but I never felt the hotel treated me any differently than a paying guest.

I have stayed at Park Hyatt Vendome for 3 nights. Customer and room service was good, bed and pillows were comfy however the room was bit outdated and the layout of the room was odd. The double sinks in the bathroom were apart from each other . You pay EUR 850 per night but they still charge EUR 19 for Wifi ! The drinks and food are pricey which is understandable but charging EUR 6 for my 2 year old daughther's glass of milk was over the top ( I was not charged before in Four seasons Istanbul, Kempinski Geneva or One and Only the palm). The breakfast saloon is quiet nice and lot of light. If you don't mind the location pay EUR 100 more and stay at George V as the rooms are much better.
