Not quite sure what to say... set menu that is different everyday. Overall...seems like they are trying to be so cutting edge that is turns out to be a winner or a big looser. Hit or miss.....
Here is the 10 courses:
Cheese puffs, ceviche, fried veal with tandori, octopus, watermelon tomato fish soup, seared tuna with berry compote, pollock fish with leeks, lamb with beans and spinach and almonds, desserts cherry sorbet, macaroon with Carmel cream and egg yolk, apricot with annesette. This is what was a hit.....ceviche, fried veal, and tuna.
I am glad that we did it but wouldn't do it again.
