This is definitely one of my top dining experiences. We had the Création en Été menu and it was filled with beautiful and intense flavors. The first plating of the egg and caviar was wonderful (The French do any egg course perfectly), followed by cod which was perfectly cooked. Third and fourth were the lobster and then beef, both beautifully cooked. Desserts were wonderful as well. The service was attentive and engaging. The staff really made a great effort to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is contemporary and clean. Tables are uncharacteristically spaced far apart, meaning you and your spouse can have a personal conversation and keep it personal. We will revisit again.
