Location: Tucked away in a corner of the Marais neighbourhood. It's hard to miss so you may want to map it.

The place: Great vibe that I think I'd refer to as bohemian. They've got a Westfalia type van in the café, that seems to serve as their kitchen, a photo booth (and free, too!), regular tables and a cool area that's got couches. Also, great tunes.

The goods: I got a café noisette a.k.a macchiato. It was pretty strong but solid. They had some baked goods that I didn't try but those brownies looked GOOD.

Service: Good

I really liked chilling in this little spot. There were no tourists so the vibe was super relaxed, which was a nice break from the frantic pace that I was trying to escape!

I should never trust weekly and trendy magazines. This one, a Parisian favorite among the bobo crowd, cited this place a good deal for food... The good deal is on the owner's side. I ordered the daily special - slice of quiche, salad, and some slabs of cheese - it all fitted on a 15cm by 10cm slate! The quiche was minuscule, there was no dressing on the salad, and the cheese ( some run of the mill tome) was sliced so thin you could have used that to roll a cigarette with.. On the other hand, the place is fun, sort of a run down garage with an old VW bus serving as kitchen. I would stick to drinks on that one.

You can spend hours in this cafe. From the aesthetic to the service, this place is extremely cozy and offers really tasty sandwiches and soups. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. It's where the cool kids go.
