The hotel is decent, nothing special...location is a bit out of the center so you'll need to take the metro which is a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was ok, staff friendly and helpful with changing our booking. Not bad for a few nights.

Good hotel, which was value for money. Location a bit out of the way but not too far from Metro station and about 20 minute walk into Toulouse centre. Service was good, with a nice breakfast. Underground parking in the hotel was useful. Room was as expected from B&B chain. Comfortable and clean. No complaints really.

I always find b and b hotels to be very good value. This one is no excption. It is a little far from the city centre but walkable. The beds were clean and fresh but they seemed to miss out on the details, there were dirty fingerprnts on some of the furniture and a couple of odd things on the wall which cleaned off easily. Definately a need for abit more attention to detail in the cleaning. The breakfast is really excellent and great value. I will continue to use b and b because of the value, a pity their cleanliness in Toulouse is not up to the stndard of the one in le Puy.

Room Tip: If at the front go for an upper floor

The rooms in this budget hotel are larger than you find in many other budget hotels in France and there is a good sized bathroom and plenty of hot water. This B+B could do with renovating but we have no complaints about it. It is close to the city centre and, as one other reviewer remarks, you stay here because you have a car, right? Another reviewer complains about the smell of cigarette smoke and animals in rooms. Live with it, folks. The French and their government don't care about the effects of cigarette smoke. Just go to any restaurant and try and avoid it while you are eating. There are plenty of signs in the rooms asking people not to smoke but if the occupants are French, it is odds on that the signs will be ignored. And dogs? Walk down any street. When in France ...

I had spent my 5 days in this hotel during my conference in Toulouse from June 24-28, 2012. The canal du midi river on the opposite side of hotel beautifies its location. The staff was too caring and excellent. Room was good with all amenities: Wi-Fi was free, LCD, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, wooden almirah, Electronic room lock. Cleanliness was every where and eatables vending machine was there. Main door of hotel entrance was equipped with electronic lock and it was active during night; another feature for Guest and hotel safety. Metro is 2km away and there is bakery and snacks shop 0.5 km away. It is a little bit away from main city but tolerable. Hotel staff (especially Mr. Franck Fenoul) helped a lot in sorting my problems. It was a memorable experience there.

Room Tip: Rooms towards Canal Du Midi river gives pleasant view.
