Great location, clean comfortable room.
Helpful staff who go the extra mile to help
The only neg was the car couldn't stay in he garage overnight as we were leaving at 6.00 so we had to go to public car park.

Near a university, has a garage, beside a poste and grocer. Access town stores from the south with an easy walk. Responsive front desk. Courtyard allows extra room for relaxation. Has its own garage. Price is right.

Room Tip: Room on third floor had good a/c.

A good budget option in a great location (just cross the main road and you are in the mostly pedestrian city center and a five minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau). Don't expect anything fancy, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has wonderful helpful and friendly staff, which is great for people from non French speaking countries. Our room was large and airy and with the heatwave we were experiencing the air conditioning was a real must. The situation is right in the heart of town easy walking distance from everything you need. We had a back room which looked out over the roofes of houses extremely quiet.

Room Tip: Select a back room away from Street noises

Look the hotel is average. Clean, and well kept with a nice parking garage, but no major thrills. That said its in a quieter location and close to the main areas. But here's why I am reviewing it. I mistakenly had confirmed a King Bed for my dad and I but we needed two beds. Obviously.

The hotel was booked solid, and we had little options. Maher, the front desk man, literally went the distance! He scrambled to find us a solution while balancing other guest requests. He then personally was able to get two twins in the room, make the beds himself (as it was after hours), and then recommended an amazing local restaurant to boot.

Look the most important person for me on this trip was my dad, and he was VERY happy with the outcome. Thank you for going the distance. Made all the difference.
