Our last dinner in Avignon did not disappoint, in fact it was superb! Easily the best meal we've had over here. The service was also terrific - warm and friendly staff, who were attentive and who clearly care about their customers. And the food, oh my! We started off with a black pudding pie, with candied shallots, fois gras and carmelized apples - fantastic! The fish soup was probably the most savory we've ever tasted. And the chocolate lava cake with carmel ice cream - WOW!
