Great value and location. Patricia and Aurelie are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Consistently clean room, good breakfast, and nothing is a hassle.
I've recommended it to business colleagues all of whom have had great experience.

Room Tip: rooms with sea view recommended.

From 12th to 16th June 2007 I attended The Eden Hotel. I had no doubt prior to arrival that it would be excellent. Patricia and her daughter Aurelie are masters of hospitality where nothing is too much trouble. This is a privately owned quentissentially French hotel offering bed and breakfast accommodation. Breakfast being served on the charming terrace where friendships can develop with other residents. The hotel benefits from many guests returning, all of whom are very polite and well heeled. I ascertained that there are no premium prices for The Cannes Film Festival or The Monaco Grand Prix unlike many other hotels in the region. There is no bar or refrigeration in the rooms. However, guests are welcome to bring their own wine and glasses, ice and cork screw will be made available without question. You do need to have a certain fitness as the stairs can be a killer after an enjoyable, albeit physical day out. It would not be suitable for persons with physical disabilities. You need to go to this hotel to appreciate its true worth...............It is not your average pretentious Hilton etc.......it has charm and relaxation. Over the last 25 years I have stayed in a number of hotels from 5 star Monaco to 5 Star Cannes but I choose to return to "The Eden" which I believe says it all. Well done again Patricia and Aurelie. Mike Hooper from Solihull England xx

Room Tip: Sea View is good and quiet

This is the second time we've stayed here and we really do love it. Patricia and Aurelie are very welcoming and great hosts. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace is delightful, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Patricia provides wonderful restaurant choices too, which we made the most of. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and may well return again next year.

I have been staying at Hotel Eden for some years. Patricia and Aurelie are delightful ladies. The hotel is well situated for the beach town and railway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful with as much tea coffee or hot chocolate as you want. Nothing is too much trouble.

Room Tip: Front rooms have a good view but can be a little noisy if you want windows open at night. Back is quieter.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The location couldn't be better....It is an easy walk from train station and a very short walk to beach and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, air conditioned , plus a lovely balcony view of ocean. The bath was a little small but a minor point when all else was great. Linens, bath products and towels nice. They gave us beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for use at the public beach. We did not have breakfast, but enjoyed coffee on the charming, flower filled terrace
The owner is delightful, welcoming, and very helpful. Gave us easy directions to the shuttle bus to Nice airport, saving us time and money.
