OK - the pizza is really fantastic - the ingredients are fresh and tasty, the pizzas are perfectly cooked. I normally prefer a really thin, crispy base - these were a little thicker based but still light and crispy - really delicious. Now that's clearly the most important bit. But what you need to know is that this is basically a take-away place that has about 4 tables where you can eat in. Now I have to say the staff were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome and served quite quickly, but I was expecting more of a restaurant that served some takeaway pizzas, rather than being a takeaway place that does some eat-in. So it's probably not the place for a romantic dinner for 2, maybe more for an informal meal before heading out. But when you see the queues both for eating-in and takeaway you know they're doing something right (they are - it's the pizza!).
My guess is it's a fairly new operation in Nice and my next guess is they may well have to expand sooner rather than later as they are really popular and rightly so. I wish them the very best.
