Stayed here for conference this week. Room at top of building 4 floors with no elevator. Owner kindly carried luggage upstairs for me. Very small room but comfortable. Slept well. Shower absolutely tiny. With shower curtain closed barely enough room to turn around. Took a while to get hot water coming through. Breakfasts good and plentiful. The staff are all exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Owned by husband and wife - both of whom are exceptionally pleasant. Very convenient for bars, cafes, Only a short walk to Garibaldi Square and 10 minutes on foot to old town. 15 minutes on foot to sea. No real need to buy tram tickets being so close to town. Literally 3 minutes on foot to Acropolis convention centre.

All in all reasonable place but very small rooms and tiny bathrooms. However, Nice is so grossly over priced that it seems reasonable for what they charge. If you have mobility issues then ask for a lower floor.

There is a charming little courtyard out the back with artificial turf and plants. Can eat breakfast out there. Full of Germans smoking constantly - even between mouthfuls of food!

Room tip: Rooms at rear quieter but no view.

Small, cozy place, rooms are not big, but everything is clean and nice. Hosts at the hotel is helpful and really client oriented. Thank you for great stay, good breakfast!
WIFI works perfectly, hotel in silent and in good district, not far from center!

Really good hotel with friendly staff and good prices comparing to other hotels in Nice. Perfect choise for a few day vacation.
It is also close the centre so you can discover Nice easily by walk during your stay.

I really like the place - it's inexpensive and near Nice downtown. I was there with a group of friends and we did walk everywhere. All the rooms are named after well-known ladies - we got Grace Kelly and Coco Chanel. The Grace Kelly's room is decorated in red and white and Coco Chanel's in black and white. Everything is organized and clean, in spite the small size of the rooms. I also like the breakfast, it was more like a continental breakfast but well served and fair enough for the price we paid (8 euros). One advantage of the breakfast there is that we could demand some more of the items we wanted - more coffee, more croissant... Although it's a charming place, I would say it's also a more economic style of hotel. It doesn't have air conditioner nor lift. If you have a problem climbing stairs, I would recommend trying to get the Frida Kahlo room that is downstairs. I'm not sure you can book a specific room, but you can always try. The staff is kind and very attentive. I enjoy very much my stay over there and I recommend the place.

Room tip: If you have a problem climbing stairs, I would recommend trying to get the Frida Kahlo room that is downstairs.

Stayed for two nights. Good service. Clean. Bathroom was small but efficient. Did not try the breakfast as i was early out to see the sights. 6-7min walking distance from the upper old town. 6-7 more to the beachfront. Room did have a noisy aircondition but better than no aircondition.

I paid around 50 Euros per night. Decent price in Nice. I would recommend this hotel and i would go there again.
