“Romantic Anniversary Trip”
Reviewed 14 August 2018 for a stay in July 2018

My husband and I spent 4 nights in L'Orangerie at Provence Paradise a couple of weeks ago to celebrate our 10th anniversary. William, the proprietor, is everything all of the other reviews say he is. Our fridge was stocked with the most amazing cheese platter, a still-warm peach tart, bread, chilled rose, juice, fresh strawberry jam and other items. Our first morning we sat down with William by the pool and he helped map out our days. We had ideas of what towns we wanted to see and he had suggestions to add on to what we wanted to do. We used Google maps on our phone to navigate, but William helped map out our day, gave us insider tips on where to park and made us lunch reservations. His restaurant recommendations never disappointed, and I think I'm a semi-tough critic. After a long day of sight seeing and driving all over Provence, it was so nice to come back to home base at Provence Paradise and cool off in the pool with a glass or two of rose before getting ready for dinner in town (we walked to dinner every night, about a 20 min walk to the town center). We felt St Remy was a central place to stay in Provence and were able to see a lot of the region with day trips. I hope we are able to come back some day soon, because Provence Paradise is truly a gem and William does a fantastic job - he really seems to care about his guests and wants to make sure you have the best stay possible. L'Orangerie itself is a cute room (more like a condo) and we enjoyed having a private patio to eat breakfast at and the kitchen/living room to spread out in.

“Wonderful visit!!”
Reviewed 1 July 2018 for a stay in June 2018

Our stay in St. Remy at Provence Paradise L'Orangerie was wonderful! The property is simply amazing! As all other reviews have stated, William is an amazing host, making you feel at home the moment you arrive. He is excited to assist with your daily plans as well as make restaurant recommendations and reservations.
Cheese and wine was in the room as promised for our arrival, as well as a lovely cannelloni dinner, ending with the best tart I have ever tasted! I cannot forget to mention the fully stocked refrigerator, fresh roses and beautifully set tables. The French most certainly have love of life and food figured out, and our stay at Provence Paradise was nothing short of enjoying it all.
We spent most of our time visiting the Roman ruins in the region, as well as a lovely day trip to Cassis. Another day we enjoyed the local St. Remy market, which was fabulous! We traveled with our 17 year old son, who really enjoyed the boat cruise in Cassis, as well as the amazing French food. Having his own space in our cottage and access to Netflix each evening was definitely a big plus.
I hope that our world travels afford us the opportunity to return another time soon.
Thank you William and Stephanie!

“Our stay at Provence Paradise...OUTSTANDING!”
Reviewed 13 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

While researching a place to stay in Provence, a work colleague suggested we consider Provence Paradise based on the fabulous time he and his wife had during a previous visit in the summer of 2016. His recommendation and unequivocal high praise was supported by the Trip Advisor reviews I read which led me to contact and book a 5 night stay at Provence Paradise.

From our initial contact with Provence Paradise, both Stephanie and William provided us with thorough detail of the property and 17th century stone cottage we were considering. All correspondence through to our booking confirmation was handled promptly and with professionalism.

Upon our arrival, we were met by William who greeted us with a welcoming cheese platter and bottle of Rose. He sat with us for over an hour enthusiastically explaining the history of the hamlet, all nearby attractions and offering us his recommendations on the many things to see and do. I might add that dinner was fully prepared and in the oven accompanied by a bottle of Cotes du Rhone for our first night's enjoyment which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. William personally touched base everyday to check and see how our day had gone and made suggestions for the following days activities. In one word...William is AMAZING!!

There are so many incredible things to do and see in Provence, our only regret is that we did not book a longer stay in order to enjoy Provence Paradise's beautiful gardens, pool and L'Orangerie stone cottage provided for us. Thank you William for all your knowledgable recommendations and for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. We leave with the fondest of memories and look forward to a return stay at Provence Paradise.
