Lovely clean hotel. This hotel has a number of facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a gym. The breakfast had something for everyone. The local area has markets and there are things to see around the hotel too which is a bonus.

A very good place for a short family break.
The rooms very spacious, clean and fresh with great views of the lake and gardens.
Beds are very large and comfortable, with modern bath rooms.
Cocktails on the terrace bar were fantastic and the service was always excellent.
The pool area and gardens are fantastic, plenty of sunbeds by the pool.
The service at the pool bar was not great, they had run out of most Ice creams, the coffee we ordered took 30 mins to arrive, and the salad failed to arrive after a 45 minute wait.
The Spa has is nicely decorated, the treatments we had were very good.
Very difficult to access the Spa and pool for any one with disabilities, as the only access to both is via the stairs.
Drinks in the lounge out on the roof top sitting area watching the sunset was particular good, the two ladies in the lounge were brilliant.
On the down side, there are no toilets in or near the lounge area, you have to go to reception or back to your room.
The food in the lounge is very plain compared to other Hiltons we have visited.
Breakfast in the restaurant was good, plenty of choice and all fresh, staff were very good offering alternatives for dairy products such as soya milk replacements for cereals and coffee.
The hotel has its own car park, although it has very limited height our 4x4 only just made it through the height barrier.
location is perfect for visiting Geneva or a boat trip across the lake to Lausanne.

We spent four fantastic nights in this hotel at the end of July.

On arrival the staff were just so nice, and after a long drive we were delighted to be made so welcome. We were extra pleased to be advised of an upgrade to a junior suite, along with confirmation of exec lounge access.

The room itself was spotless, large and had a great balcony with lake view, so we were pretty happy!

The pool was perfect, hardly used by anyone else, and the exec lounge itself had a beautiful view, and was a great place to hang out. More than that though, the staff were really great, particularly with our young daughter, and they just made it so easy to relax.

Easily one of our best Hilton stays, and highly recommended.

My stay was HORRIBLE from start to finish. Due to a complete breakdown in communication between the booking agent and the hotel where the hotel was partially responsible, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told we had no reservation (despite having a confirmation). After about an hour of them trying to get to the bottom of the mishap, we ask to speak with a manager. The vile front desk manager Valerie shows up and is unempathetic, unfriendly and unhelpful. She basically tells my husband that they are not responsible for the mishap and briskly walks away. She spent about 10 seconds with us - she did not care and would not take any responsibility. Eventually we get a room - a guy at the front desk named Tanguy worked to get it sorted out. Well, we enter the room and it’s way below what one would consider Hilton standards - dirty walls, dirty fridge, dirty carpet, dirty toilet and grimy shower head covered in guck. There was also some sort of garbage underneath our mattress (SEE MY PHOTOS). The Wi-Fi barely worked, power outlets in the room did not work and the daily cleanings were not good. A broken elevator kept opening and closing making noise in our room for so long that we had to report it. Even the computers and printers in the lobby were unreliable - they were so out-of-date you could barely access Gmail…and don’t even think about printing…you’ve got a print queue of about 1,000 unsuccessful pages that didn’t print before yours. This place is clearly not well taken care of and understaffed. And certainly not worth what we paid. I will NEVER go back. The best part of the hotel was when we left. The front desk manager Valerie could really benefit from a refresher course in customer service or should be fired.
