Cancellation Policy

We booked two rooms at this hotel. Due to the sudden bankruptcy of Germania airline, we were not able to travel to Munich. The hotel was very unresponsive and did not offer any cancellation due to these exceptional circumstances. That was very disappointing especially as we decided to book a hotel with a supposedly good reputation.

Nice location. Good hotel but no air conditioning on the top floor

This was our first trip to Munich, and we booked this hotel close to the train station. When we arrived in late May, the room was very hot. We learned that there is no air conditioning on the top floor. We tried to change rooms, but none were available on the air-conditioned floors. Thankfully it rained and we got some cool air from the open window. Otherwise, staff was very nice and it's an easy walk to main city center attractions in Munich.

Room tip: It it is July or August, be sure to get room on air-conditioned floor

Excellent location - nice place!

I had a wonderful three-day say here just before Christmas. certainly the road itself isn't a selling point but the location is perfect. You are around the corner from the central train station and steps from the subway system. It's also a short walk to Karsplatz and not that far from Marienplatz on foot. The single room was spacious with plenty of places to put things. Nice bathroom - not too much noise from the street. lovely lobby, staff, and breakfast area! Really enjoyed.

Comfortable Hotel

This hotel is located just a block from the main train station and a very easy walk to the center of Munich. Our room was spacious and had ample closet and storage space. We stayed three nights, so it was nice to be able to unpack and not live out of our suitcase.
