If you look for a warm welcome, this is not the place. Even if the terrasse is in a great sunny area along the river, be ready for a cold , pushy, rude and unfriendly welcome.
Obviously, not fluent in German, we tried to find a place with warm attitude...like an Italian ?
Obviously the only interface with the serveur started on the wrong foot as he did not want to give us the card.....sorry die spiesecard!. One of us wanted too to change hi mind on the order....impossible. For the meal, do not be too hungry as the pasta plates are closer to a bowl. Finally, if you wish to pay with plastic, understand that you better find a spot close to the cashier.

Great business day today in this sunny time, but the service could be reinforced as the single person could not keep up.

Way to improve!

An incredible greek place without typically greek look. Friendly staff with good selection of Italian wines, German beers and greek brandy. As name promises, looking over the river front of an island full of ducks.

We stumbled across this restaurant when walking by the canal. The interior was lovely and modern. We ordered pizza and prosecco/beers and both arrived very quickly. The pizzas were very fresh and large. We really enjoyed our lunch here!

A group of ten of us stopped here for dinner while we were attending a conference (DOAG) at the Messe. I was skeptical based on the name which in the US would make you assume it was a basic pizza joint. This is not a basic pizza(!) joint but rather a high end restaurant with outstanding food and excellent staff. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the staff were helpful and well informed and spoke excellent English. My meal ended with a glass of their best grappa - which made the whole evening perfect.
We will all definitely eat here next time we attend DOAG.

We enjoyed our experience here very much. The menu is quite varied so you can go from the typical pizza and pasta to meat, fish or a salmon tartar. The ambience is very modern and trendy, service good and prices reasonable. Although at first glance it would seem not very kids friendly, it is. Tables in the corners are very comfortable and cosy in the cold winter days
