After running the Berlin marathon I really was meat hungry and craved a good steak. And decided that Asador could be a good choice - not far, checkpoint Charlie on the way, specialized in steaks.
And the first impression was a good one. Spanish style menu, dry aged t-bone on the list. I was looking forward. But at the end I was disappointed. Pimientos were fine, wine was ok, but the steak... There is a deep conflict in taking a dry aged prime beef and slicing it to a one centimeter thickness! It will not work well!
And it did not :(
