Owner description: Often a tough ticket, the Berlin Philharmonic features some of the best classical music to be had in Germany.

This is the most impeccable sound I've heard from any symphony hall in the world. And I've been to many. Best of all the cheaper seats get the best! Eschew the ground floor and go for F, G or K. And it doesn't need to be the Berlin Philharmonic itself, though that's a fantastic experience. The Rundfunk is also exceptional and then you get to see Vladimir Jurowski conduct!

What a terrific auditorium, with superb acoustics. Heard/saw the Berlin Philharmonie from excellent seats.

This is an expensive place to come to a concert - and that of course is why you would come...but its worth coming even to visit the building. We came to the Chamberhall to hear Bach's Luther Cantatas....absolutely beautiful....If you are in going to be in Berlin - plan ahead and make sure you get to concert in the Berlin Philharmonic.

This was the first time here and was amazed how close one was to the stage and which allowed a somewhat intimate relationship to the music-making. The hall is a wonder just to look at both outside and inside, with superb facilities for refreshment before and during the concert. Everyone is very courteous and of course the orchestra is superb!
