Really enjoyed this boutique cabaret at the 'Sally Bowles' Cafe. Surprised at how the material demonstrated how cabaret in the past was not just entertainment but a force for social change. Performed with talent & enthusiasm - well researched. Also loved the tiny café & it's friendly staff + scrumptious bar food. Highly recommended for a unique experience in Berlin.

If you have ever wanted to learn about Cabaret's history, then you could not go wrong by watching this show. It is quite a tame introduction to the story of some of the colourful characters of the past. The venue is small which allows the cast to interact more with the audience, if you have ever fancied a tall grey haired gentleman wearing boxer shorts and fishnet stockings sitting on your knee then sit on the front row and your dreams may be fulfilled.

So glad I found the review for this Cabaret!

Amazing 3 person cabaret show depicting life/history in Berlin from the 1880s onwards.

I laughed, clapped joined in and even cried! An amazing show to see if you can fit it in as its only performed in Sally Bowles bar two thursday of the month! The actors Maurice Ord - Mirjam Beierle - Anne Wagret were simply AMAZING! Honestly go see it

Its performed in English as well which not all Cabarets are in Berlin, its a lovely intimate show

Small, intimate space. Great character acting and FUN! Berlin is so modern, there is little left of its character. This takes you back to fantasy land. Reasonable price, nice staff - one of the highlights of our visit.

This was such a great show! I had no real idea what I was in for when I first arrived, but I will say it was excellent! Maurice (director/actor) did an excellent job of putting together the show and coordinating the history of not only Cabaret, but Europe as well. The song selection was a perfect fit and his accompanying actresses Mirjam and Anne, as well as Maurice himself sang and played exquisitely. The show was such a free and happy experience for me, creating an environment in which you can't help but laugh and participate in the performance. If you would like to see something truly different and free, this show will go far beyond my simple and short description. (The show might be a little mature for kids, but if you have teens it is great)
