It is advertised on the westin grand website and it is adjoining to the hotel somehow. The deco is typical Chinese ( I used the term loosely here ) with red and black throughout. With large round tables and separate private rooms if you have a large party. The menu is extensive , good selections from different regions of the Far East. We have chosen spicy crispy eggplant, eggplant is battered and deep fried and quite oily. The second dish was stir fried wok mixed veggies, the dish is tasty enough but was thicken by flour. The third was numbing spicy ( their words not mine ) seafood hot pot, this was soak in half a liter of red oil and like the namesake it is hellishly spicy which for me is fantastic. The dish is served alongside a small sieve of which I used to fish the seafood out of that copious amount of oil. Personally I don't fancy the Sichuan pepper in this dish because of the after taste. It is overpowering everything else and stuck with you for a long while.
So for me , I think try it once if you want something different but for us I think this time will be the last. The price is reasonable. The service is courteous and at times funny. ( after I gave my two cents about the oil our waitress said they have reduced the amount by half which cracks me up )
For healthy eaters I would avoid.
