Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is not directly downtown but trams are direct in front of it. The hotel is close to the Zoo. It have free parking. The personnel and specially the concierge (compliments) are/is very friendly and helpfull. The room is good, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary welcome waters present. Good breakfast.
When I come back to Hannover I will book a room again in this hotel.

This hotel is located directly next to the event location "Hanover Congress Center" and the main hotel for guests who want to visit the location/events. Based on this the hotel knows about their great location and how to sell small rooms for high prices.
I stayed at for two nights during a conference event in September 2017 and there some issues to talk about:
> elevators are very slow - so I waited more than 5 minutes to get one and to get to floor 13
> my single room was really a single room - there were no chance to stay with two persons. Bed just with a width of 1,20m , very small bathroom - no chance to turn around - neither in the bath nor in the shower cabin, no place in front of the sink, no place to store a suitcase -> so everything was very small and the room (incl. bath) was about 10-12 sqm
> room was faced to the main street and at about 5:30 a.m. traffic and metro started passing and some construction works forced me to close the window
-> rated as 4*S (four star superior) this is really not what I expected as a room to feel comfortable or welcome
Only good thing to recommend is the breakfast. Full variety and great buffet with a lot of egg varieties, coffee varieties, rolls, ham, cheese, etc.

Great staff that speak English very well. Wonderful food at the in-hotel restaurant. Breakfast buffet is huge!!! Typical utilitarian German hotel room. Don't expect American hotel standards of size. Very clean.

Where to start! From the moment I sent the first email I was greeted with rudeness and terrible service.
I asked for a transfer from the airport and was sent a one liner email "we don't do transfers, take a taxi".
The rooms are so small that if one had to stretch in the morning the other side of the room. The shower leaks which results on a mini pool of water. The shampoo
Staff are extremely rude and the customer is definitely not king!

Unfortunately, your evaluation was done anonymously, and we are not able to examine the circumstances on which your complaint is based on. That’s unfortunate, because we always have an open ear for our guests!
Since we have been built in 1973 our hotel was planned and built up to the standards of that time. All of our hotel rooms are presented in a transparent manner (size, room features etc.) in all booking portals and our homepage. We are sorry, that you were not satisfied.
Our personnel is often praised for their helpfulness and friendliness, and your descriptions are very unpleasant for us and definitely do not correspond to the standard of our hotel! Obviously, our employee has expressed himself in a very unfortunate manner. We deeply regret that you feel that you are mistreated - this truly is not our intention!!

This is a hotel what is predominantly used by business people attending congresses in the building next to it. The quality level was good, although the room was too small for my liking. It's a quit hotel with good beds and showers. Breakfast choice was well above your average hotel. Due to a late booking and a date simultaneous with a Congress, the price quality level was a bit off.
