The hotel is perfectly located at the new city Phoenix see lifestyle area of Dortmund. Close to all the industrial area and via the underground system connected to the old city centre.
Air conditioning for summer was great and very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have been happier! Beautiful hotel which was conveniently located to subway to downtown area Christmas Market (amazing) and Dortmund soccer game (even more amazing). Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Will definitely come back.
Very dissatisfied with our stay here - very poor customer service. Some kind of clear direction on parking would have been helpful; instead we were told to find our own parking offsite. No restaurant serving decent food for evening meal. B'fast was good though

Our stay at Hampton by Hilton was great: the hotel is ideally located on the way to the airport; pleasant surroundings with a lot of places to eat enjoying the lake view. Reception staff was extremely helpful (Oleg, thank you for being so friendly), room was spotlessly clean and big enough for 3, quiet at night. Rich breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere.
This is a hotel where they really value your business. Free breakfast, great Bar. People always smiling and helpful. Great location. Free parking. What else do you want? Plenty of restaurants and a lake to walk around.
