Best Location

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because we visited Dortmund for a soccer game. The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to the Phoenix See, where many restaurants were located. The hotel was near the train station with access to the stadium and the city center. I highly recommend this hotel with pleasant staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Great choice and friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights in March this year for a family trip. The standards are very good due to the Hampton brand (cleanliness, breakfast etc.) and the staff proved to be kind, understanding and very much client - oriented especially given we are city young children. They kindly sent us back the phone charger we forgot in our room. Much appreciated - much recommended!

Good hotel

This hotel is reasonably new with good rooms.

Check-in was done quickly and professionally with due regard to the Corona Pandemic.

The breakfast at this hotel was quite excellent, and the location ok a bit east of Dortmund center

Perfect hospitality even in Covid-19 times.

The service desk was extremely helpful and kind to answer any question and helped in understanding the Covid-19 rules that were applicable at that time.
Breakfast was well arranged in different time schedules so that there was no overload of people.

Great location.

The hotel is perfectly located at the new city Phoenix see lifestyle area of Dortmund. Close to all the industrial area and via the underground system connected to the old city centre.
Air conditioning for summer was great and very helpful and friendly staff.
Good breakfast buffet.
