Location on the hostel is comfortable, not far from DB. Property was comfortable, room was clear. That’s fine that room has own bathroom. Room was clean and spacious. One problem is surcharge for bed linen.

This is a Hotel, not a Hostel, dont have Locker for backpackers, only in reception said you can out your baggage in the baggage room, dont have a kitchen, like in all Hostel, this is no a hostel, is a fake hostel, My First Time in A&O hostel and the end with this Company, never again
People was very kind and service was awesome, I stayed in a six-beds room and it was clean and comfortable with enough space. it’s located near to the city center and have the central station close to so it’s really useful.
The recepionist dropped my friend who stayed with me in my reserved room without reason out of the hostel with support of the police.
For my friend who comes from abroad for passing his holidays in Germany this was definitely an extremly negative experience. I am sad he has to experience this in Germany.
Price fair, clean enough, convenient enough, service nice, a little bit noisy due to many young people had parties until mid-night, overall good. This hotel is suitable for friends or solo. Not good enough for family (too noise for elders) or couple (lack romance).
First of all the behavior of your worker is very bad unfortunately, i asked about the locker and few other things, he got angered and behaved very badly with me. also it was 6 beds dorm which was very uncomfortable. Also there is no locker facility.
