Very pleasant stay in a clean central hotel. Close to transport links and places to eat. Room was spacious and immaculate. Staff were helpful and professional.Will definitely use again in the future on return to DortmundMore

Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling across Germany.
Great location, right next to everything, including the Christmas Markets.
Hotel itself has outdoor private parking (for a fee).
Very nice inside, our first family room stunk so bad of sewage we had to change, no problem changing to a similar room on the 3rd floor.
Room was big enough for 2 adults and 1 child.
Breakfast was poor by Mercure standards, cheese was stale, bread was hard and not fresh.
Wish I’d saved the breakfast money and gone out to eat instead.

Fab hotel right near the Xmas market and short walk to the main shops.and the all staff are always happy to help from getting a taxi or even leavening you bag after checkout and asking if your ok in morning or just being there for you 24/7 I have stopped here 2 times now and booking again for March now

The level of standards you expect from a Mercure or really any Accor group hotel.
The service though was particularly outstanding despite the hotel being extremely busy.
Catalina Ciesielski stood out among an outstanding group on reception going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service consistently throughout my 2 night stay. A credit to her training and particularly the Mercure Dortmund. Well done and thank you.

Great hotel , in great location .All you need for a stay in Dortmund. Carpet looking a little tired but modern looking reception.Very close to shopping streets,many cafes, the shopping arcade & walking distance to train.

We are staying there now, Ac not working properly, hygiene is bad, no fridge in the room , internet connection is poor, some room the bed is adjacent to wall bathroom is so old you can hear all the sound of the pipes in your room
