An authentic, small, Italian restaurant with great food, Italian wines and grappa from the Amalfi region, and, very importantly, a very friendly welcome! Could easily have been in Italy! We only stayed in Wuppertal for two nights, but ate there on both nights as it was so good. The saltimbocca was superb (I had it both nights.....!), as indeed was all the food. Great range of food including good selection of antipasta, fresh pastas, pizzas, and fish and meat dishes. Beautifully cooked and presented. Olives, dip and bread on arrival is complimentary.A nice gesture at the end of our second evening was a small complimentary dessert on a decorated plate (see attached pictures) to specially recognise us as English visitors...!! Suggest you book in advance; it is small and very popular with locals (and rightly so). Highly recommended.
