Went here on our first evening in Cordoba. So glad we did. The waiters were amazingly friendly, recommending various very traditional dishes. The pisto ( slightly sweet ratatouille) was wonderful and the oxtail was delicious- so tender and tasty. Great place- full of locals. Would recommend this to anyone who wants the real tapas experience.

This place is a gem: we went there on a bank holiday and it was packed at 4pm. Reservation recommended! We hadn't, yet the very friendly servers were accommodating and found us a table in a few minutes. For two, we ordered two salmorejos, a tortilla, tuna a la plancha and swordfish a la plancha. The server had the honesty to recommend changing our order to one salmorejo based on the size of the portion, and he was right. All dishes were excellent and simple, yet sizable. With 2 beers and 2 coffees, we paid less than 50€.

While staying in Cordoba I was taken, very eagerly, by my partner to this lovely traditional restaurant. The tapa was delicious from the outstanding San Marejco to the excellent arana frita. The atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming and our waiter was a particularly, humble but charming man who didn't require a script to make the experience memorable. From having had far too many "chain restaurant" meals over the last few years this is why it's such a pleasure to eat at San Cristobal,

Good wine n food. Nice local atmosphere. I live in Cordoba and I have become a regular for its pisto. If u are veggie n fed up with tortilla n salmorejo sin jamon try the pisto! Lovely wooden bar n typical decor. Book at weekends gets very busy but the service is excellent. Out of the tourist area but worth the walk.

I stumbled upon this bar by accident, looking for a quick drink and a light snack. Exceedingly pleased with this bar: the tapas, the drinks and the warmth. It is one of those places that you remember because the experience is etched into your list of 'ah, that was a good one'. I'd say it scores well in all aspect of a tapas bar. Friendliest people, both patrons and the staff. Find this place, and have a smashing time.
