We go to Marbella every year and we always stay here. It is family owned. The staff is really nice and make you feel like home. It is the best location for everything in Marbella. Beach, shops and great restaurants. We can only recommend this place.

Spent 4 nights in Puerta De Aduares, it's only 30 seconds away from the many restaurants and old town. Everything in there is as you expect from an apartment in this area, it's just the telly that's modern. Comfortable bed and pillows and generally quiet all through the night. The staff are very welcoming and nice people, if you're looking for an alternative to the usual hotel room the give this a go.

Stayed in the two bed apartment (without a terrace). Very clean and well presented. Comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom (powerful shower with plenty of hot water). Would recommend. Great location close to old town but in a quiet backstreet.

Just back from a week in apartment with terrace. Location is right in the heart of the old town with bars and restaurants close by, however no noise was heard. Apartments are not ultra modern but they have character as you would expect in the old town. They are spotlessly clean with towels and sheets changed every day which was great. Jose and family were brilliant and could not do enough for us. Would definately return when we go back to Marbella.

Room Tip: Rooms with terrace are best

We arrived late in Malaga but Frank was able to pick us up and drive us. ( for a fee of course) He was helpful, friendly and was able to get us to a little grocery store to stock up on a few essentials before the shops closed. Our flat (#3) was up a narrow set of stairs and had a beautiful patio that felt very private . The flat had everything one needed with the possible exception of a few English TV channels but we didn't come here to watch a lot of TV. Place was very clean and well equipped. I'm a big cook so would have liked to see a higher end kitchen equipment but that's just me. There is an amazing farmers market nearby and I managed to make some amazing meals. I'd recommend trying some of the local fish at the market. Everything is so fresh so you can't go wrong. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all that you needed. All in all it was a very quaint and comfortable place. You couldn't hear any street noise from the bedroom. Only downside was the washing machine wasn't working so we had to get our clothes laundered offsite. There were several places downtown ( 15 min walk) that would do 5 kilos of laundry for about 14 Euros. Location wise, the place was fantastic. It was central but not loud. We will definitely book here again!
