Unfortunately bad experience! Such a shame. Got there at 18:45h last night and sat on the terrace..10 mins later no sign of the waiter..I went in and asked (in Spanish) if I needed to order inside for drinks and they reply was yes. Waiter brought the drinks out..15 mins later we wanted to order another round, so once again, with no sign of a waiter, I went back inside to order. I had to wait for a few minutes while the waiter finished his personal conversation with another person. During all this time, there was a chef prepping in the kitchen . Finally I ordered the next drinks. I took a menu off the bar as no-one offered us one. When the waiter came out with the next drinks, we wanted to order some food - we were told “No, the kitchen only opens at 20:00h?!?! The menu is definitely not for dinner. - it’s street food right? So that means you should have access to these snacks through our the day..or at least from 18:00h. I’ve lived in Spain for 20 years and speak the language and know the culture. This is simply another bar, catered for the Spanish market and doesn’t account that tourists from other countries may prefer to eat earlier than 20:00h..in saying that; if the kitchen only opens at 20:00h then by the time you get your food it would be practically 20:30h. The reason I’ve wrote this in English is for the tourists. If you do go tor Folks..Rule 1 sit at a table where you can be seen by a waiter as they don’t wonder out very far. Rule 2. Understand you won’t eat at least before 20:00h. If you don’t mind those points then the restaurant does look great from the outside.
