The staff needs more training. At a true five star hotel, the staff should walk you to your room and explain all the features. They failed to explain that the room temperature is controlled by the front desk. When I complained that the room was hot the staff didn’t know how to turn on the air conditioning. Trying to sleep in a hot room was impossible. I’m not sure if the room will be cool during the hottest months.

Fabulous location and great nights sleep in our room with a view ( suite 108).
So close to all the bars and restaurants just a very pleasant walk through the gardens up the hill.

The room was very quiet and comfortable.

It was my Birthday and it was a shame the hotel ( 5 star) didn’t register that - it would have been a very night touch if they had at least referenced it verbally at the check-in which the subsequent hotel in Malaga did ( a 3 star ) the next day.

Definitely doesn’t have 5 star amenities ( sauna, pool , breakfast all very basic) but the hotel is in the most wonderful location and that’s what you are paying for and overall we had a wonderful stay there because of that .

Apart from amazing location, everything else desrves the best possible grade: From delightful staff to super comfy beds, from taking care of your car and providing parking to tasty breakfast choices and good coffee... Can't expect better. Hope they won't get spoiled... :)

Room tip: We had a nice room with a sunny patio and really enjoyed it.

Great location- directly opposite the Alhambra Palace. The building was derelict for many years and they have retired it to a very high level. Rooms are very comfortable and neutral, modern deocr really works. Efficient and friendly staff. Small roof terrace with pool.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were very comfortable, with ample toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel is walking distance from the Alhambra palace which makes this a great choice for tourists in Grenada. Our room even overlooked the backside of the palace. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which had the freshest food and a wide variety in bakery, fruits, coffee, mains etc. The staff was very friendly and helped arrange for cabs and even guide us around the city.

Room tip: If you’re planning a morning visit to the Alhambra palace, staying here is very comfortable. We’ll connected to the city too.
