The staff were very nice and polite. The building on the outside looks modern and the lobby unlike the inside of our room. The tv had a mind of its own it would turn its self off so you would need to wait for it to turn its self back on. Cleanliness was terrible we had stains on the bed sheets, deep scratches in the floor pictures looked like they had never been cleaned.

The website pics are better than reality. No view of Sierra Nevada. We had view of patios from next door apartments/condos. Its an okay place...clean, near bus stop, near Ysla's cafe! In fact, Ysla's cafe was best part. Don't eat in the 8 euro buffet, get coffee and croissant at Ysla's and hop bus to the city. The hotel only had a copy (and it was a bad photo copy) of a local map. Never had that happen before. A few other minot issues. Dirty glasses from wine didn't get cleared out and the mini-bar was a joke...2 waters and 2 juices.

Hotel is next to the highway exit. A mcdonald's is about a block away. We had to take a taxi to go to the city center.

Room was ok, not very luxurious. But ok for an overnight stay.

Breakfast was very busy as tour buses stay in this hotel. Quick check-in and check-out. Swimming pool and spa available.

The room had a fantatisic comfort chair, the suitcase holder was large (for a change), the bathroom worked fine - with in-built bidet, an experience ! The dining room had tables mostly for four people (other hotels on our trip was just one big room, with seating for 8-12 per table) , the service was quick, freindly and accurrate. The downside you are surrounded by motorway and the noise of buses parking in + out, but in the background, you have the mountain range Sierra Nevade as compensation. There is a terrace but no real gardens. The food was good. You can bus it to Granada from across the way.

The room was quite good. I was in the 5th floor with too many light, the bathroom had a crystal door for separating the toilet from the basin, no bathtub only shower, and the amenities had a lot of things and it were repositioned every day. These are the very good things.
The bad points with this hotel are the location, somehow far from the city centre, the price (I founded high for a weekend) , the parking was 10 euros per day, and the breakfast was 15 euros for the couple.
Finally, my bad experience is that Sunday morning at 7:40 while we were sleeping (the alarm was set to bell at 9:00), a man started to hit with violence the room door and even telling him to stop he continued knocking with more violence the door. We could not sleep the last two hours as a result from this action. I expect more attention in a 4 stars hotel so that the guests can have a placid sleep
