Booked for me for a work trip.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the town centre and a 20 min ride to Santa Justa Airport.

The staff are helpful and patient.
Their fluency in English is limited but efficient enough to get taxis booked and they are definitely willing to help and understand.

However, the rooms themselves are straight out of the 70's, complete with shower rooms that flood as the tubes are not connected properly. It was also hugely inconsiderate of them to have drilling and renovation on the floors below us whilst entertaining guests at the end of August; being woken up by both drilling and the noisy air conditioning wasn't exactly restful.

Breakfast is a sombre affair but sufficient if you are there on business or just for a couple of nights. Although room service is advertised on their website in the list of services- I saw no menus and was not offered any explanations of such services.

The people are nice and polite but the hotel itself needs a lift.
It's perfectly acceptable but it is not somewhere I would have chosen for myself!

Reccommended for : Business stays, 1 night only, budget, no frills, practical travellers.

Room Tip: They do not make up twin beds to become a larger king size bed. Double= large room single bed. Si...

This hotel is in a perfect position for visiting the many tourist spots of Seville. The rooms were clean and adequate for a few days stay. However if you are a light sleeper make sure you ask for a room at the back as the road outside, although one way, is quite busy and the surface is cobbled, so vehicles are noisey. It was hot while we were there and the air conditioning was not working, so as we needed the window open slightly I didn't get much sleep!!!! Very reasonable price though for a hotel in big city.

Pros: Very reasonably priced at a convenient location, near the bus and light rail stop, 10 min walk to the cathedral and Alcazar, free wi-fi with a uncertain connection in the room. Friendly service. Comfortable rooms with a bit small bathroom.

Cons: Not much view from the rooms. A flight of stairs to pull the luggage to reach the elevator. Rooms at the lower floors could be noisy. Not for long stay.

The hotel is situated close to the Triana bridge over the river Guadalquivir - very close to the Plaza de los Toros La Maestranza (bullfighting ring in Sevilla) and it will take you 10 - 15 minutes to reach the historic center, the Cathedral with La Girlada and the rest of the main monuments. Also some nice shopping streets close to the hotel, as well as a wide range og restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were ok. Not very big, but well equipped. And the price was very reasonable. Had breakfast there one morning, it was ok but nothing special

Room Tip: It is situated in a rather quiet street

This is a simple no-thrill hotel, conveniently located close to the bus terminal (direct bus from the airport), a bit aside from the very center (although still in walking distance), but very close to the art museum - which is definitely worth visiting. Very friendly stuff, comfortable bed, and quite moderate price.
