Situated in an historic neighbourhood the hotel is a brief walk from all the main tourist sites that you would want to see. It's in the middle of a mazy winding stretch of alleyways so be prepared to walk with your bags a little way. Really atmospheric though. The hotel itself is comfortable, the staff are fantastically helpful, the breakfast isn't too bad (fruits, meats, cereals etc). Only problem is that the walls are very thin, however this seems to be similar throughout Spanish hotels, take ear plugs.

Would definately stay here again if/when I go back.

Great value for money for this 2 star hotel in the heart of the city. Staff very friendly (they suggested us the best places to visit and book for us the flamenco show) and amazing position in the heart of Santa Cruz. We didn't have the opportunity to visit the rooftop terrace for weather conditions.

This small hotel is located in the Santa Cruz area, just behind Murillo Park, a portal to the busier park of the city. We stayed in room 409 which has a small terrace where we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening while gazing at the lit up Cathedral. Granted it is just a small slip of a view, but beautiful nonetheless and very romantic. The rooms are average size, the bathrooms modern but the bedroom doesn't have mirror. The staff here is hospitable and helpful. We asked reception to make a reservation for us at our next hotel which they did, then confirmed it and made sure we knew all the details. We stayed for one week and found that we gravitated to a small bar/restaurant very close to the hotel, called Casa Roman where the tapas were sensational (try the croquettes), the ambiance pure Seville, with hams hanging from the ceiling and inexpensive at 2.50 Euros for tapas and wine at 2.1 Euros a glass. The breakfast service at the Hotel Murillo is expansive and good, as is the service. The location could not be better and is within walking distance of most major attractions, plus lovely little off-the-beaten-path restaurants and shop finds. I would stay here again. Great value and experience.

Room Tip: Stay on an upper floor.

A wonderful option for accomodation in Seville. We could not fault this great apt we had for 2 nights. Just so quaint, clean, perfect, big bathroom, lovely kitchen hidden behind a fold out door. right in the heart of Santa Cruz perfect to step out into the tiny alley and then on to cafes, bars, palace, cathedral and more. Great customer service, the best. Clean, tidy, warm, friendly - recommend strongly. A great old city spot.

The rooms are quite small, but very clean. Our rooms didn't have great views but we went up to the roof terrace and that was great. We got the bus from the airport and then took a short walk into Santa Cruz. Excellent location. We walked everywhere! The price of the accomodation was excellent value and the breakfast was fine.
