Owner description: The Flamenco Dance Museum in Seville is the principal reference of the Andalusian cultural heritage, which makes understand and feel the union between culture and flamenco art, it is considered therefore as the temple of the Andalusian flamenco culture. The fusions the tradition of flamenco art with high technology and becomes the main entrance portal for the emotional understanding of this expression of Andalusian identity. A simple must for the cultural tourist.

The dance is in Spanish but you don't need to know the language to enjoy the spectacular dance performance. We booked the tickets at our hotel itself and went there to enjoy the celebrated dance performance. The emotions exhibited and the way in which a story is narrated through this dance is heart warming. I recommend that everybody who visits Seville should see the dance performance, you would definitely fall in love.

Thank you very much for your opinion.
All staff in the museum and the artists that perform every night in our PATIO or in the VAULT, we try to improve every day to make the experience of our visitors in something beautiful and gratifying, and for those who see flamenco for the First time, after visiting the museum with its explanations and seeing a show, become lovers of this art, intangible heritage of humanity, called FLAMENCO. And if you are already lovers of this art, we hope that every time you visit us you will see new things and you will enjoy them.
Hope to see you again!

We went to the intimate show which was supposed to offer a more authentic experience. The price was high at $30 Euros. The room where the show is held is in the basement (feels like a wine cellar) We were seated in the second row and had real difficulty seeing the dancers perform. The space is not set up well to accommodate the number of people in the audience. It's hard to appreciate the beauty of the dancing when you can only see from the shoulders up. The show would be much better if it were on a stage or if there was only 1 row in the audience. We were disappointed.

I had no idea that flamenco was so complicated as well as so beautiful. This museum - which I had the good fortune to have almost to myself - goes into the technical background if you wish, or you can just enjoy the visual feast it offers. I just regretted that I had left my visit until the last morning, and I could not return for a live performance later on in the day.

We booked the VIP show from a painter/seller outside the cathedral of Seville! It was a pleasant surprise. it was a great show in a small cellar with only about 20 to 30 people attending. The artists are really close to the audience and you can feel the vibes literally!

We booked both the museum and show. If you do not know any of the artists the museum is of questionable value. The show was very entertaining. No reserved seating so you want to,get to the show 20 to 30 minutes before the start. Sitting near the front lets you see the footwork which is incredible.
