Our hotel recommended Bar Bosch and one can see why--very popular outdoor cafe a block from the Cathedral and the seafront.
As non-smokers, we had to move our table once and at the end of the meal a cigar smoker sat at the table next to us. But this is Europe and you have some inconvenience for otherwise great ambiance. I ordered "tapas grande" which consisted of fried squid, two kinds of potato salad, ratatouille and lamb stew. Very filling and good. My husband had an excellent tuna salad and we shared a dark chocolate/marmalade cake. Good thing we did a lot of walking that day!
Service was very good, waiter friendly and helpful.
