Excellent hotel so central, the A1 airport bus stops right outside, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious as is the bathroom, breakfast is well stocked, but most of all the staff are so efficient and so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. We would not stay anywhere else in Palma as we were made to feel so very welcome and we were so very comfortable during our 3 night stay.

Nice and quiet hotel just a couple minutes walking from Palma de Mallorca city center.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Complementary drinks in the mini fridge in the room, reception open 24h.
The bus to/from the airport stops just in front of the hotel.

lovely hotel within walking distance of everything, had breakfast each day plenty of choice. rooms comfy and clean. will def go back went out for a few meals. visited the caves of Drach definitely worth a trip.

Quality hotel in the middle of Palma and right at the bus stop for the airport (10 eu for two each way). Receptionists at all times wonderfully helpful. Bedroom with balcony overlooking front of hotel was excellent, big, spacious, large comfortable bed with great shower. No question we'd use the same hotel next time. Breakfast was included and could not be faulted. Staff kept all food topped up and rushed about daft keeping things clear, topped up and hot. Some folk seem disturbed by the dark decor...not a problem at all. Automatic lighting everywhere.

spent 4 nights here. there were absolutely no complaints from 5 of us. Its in a good central location Most of the sights are within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Balcony would have been fab if it hadnt been so warm! Nothing can be done about the weather. The air conditioning was excellent. All staff were very friendly and easy to get along with. Decor not to everyones taste but immaterial as far as we were concerned. Free soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. Would recommend.x

Nice hotel, super located for the tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and the harbour. We arrived at 1 o clock on a Tuesday and the room was ready which was greatly appreciated. Lady at reception lovely . Room was big, clean and comfortable .
Breakfast was ok. Wasn’t huge choice but for location this hotel is excellent .
