Before the holidays I was looking for a really nice and posh Spa. This one exceeded my expectations from the very beginning . Biggest thank you for Marina's very efficient and helpful communication manner. (She is a rising star in the hospitality industry !). Our therapist Marcia and Daniela have amazing hands after their massage services I felt like a new person! ( If I could I would take them to London! We need such amazing people like them!). Finally Carmen was very attentive we had a very nice post treatment chat about products which were used for our treatment. I would definitely recommend this Spa for all our friends and would come back again to check the rest of the services menu. P.s For a little extra we got bubbles and a fruit platter which was a perfect note of our visit.

On arrival to the hotel the reception staff member was least helpful. For a 5* hotel there was no offer of help with the luggage nor a nice welcome. The room was comfortable but the toilet broke everyday of our stay and there was a strong smell of dirty drains in the bathroom. Every table around the pool area needed clearing both times we went down. The breakfast was bearable but again extremely unfriendly, unhelpful staff. The spa area was terrible. Old and dirty. We checked out and no one asked if we had a nice stay. Their is clearly a problem with the staff in this hotel - not pleasant or welcoming. I wouldn’t give this hotel 1*.
