Min transfer from airport. The hotel has nice pool areas and restaurant area. Palma’s old town is about a 30’mins walk or 10 euro taxi ride. Our room was nicely appointed with desk and sitting area

We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. This year coming back after the pandemic it seems like the Valparaiso have really upped their game. Everywhere is immaculate and the spa was really welcoming. We stayed in a Demi suite which was superb with wonderful views across the port to the Cathedral. The staff without exception are always really helpful and so friendly.
I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough, Palma is full of trendy boutique hotels but the Valparaiso is definitely top of my list

Can't really fault this hotel. Spotless communal areas, friendly domestic staff, professional reception staff, great choice at breakfast, great (salt water) pool area, spacious and well equipped room with a great view (6th floor sea view).

Superb hotel with amazing views from a secluded hotel. At the top of the hill over looking Palma. Easy access though to Palma via tax or bus.
Beautiful pools on two levels and gardens and garden restaurant to enjoy lunch at.
The staff were all very attentive and made our holiday so pleasurable. Beautiful spa with thermal zones and well equipped gym.
Delicious breakfasts with so much choice. We ate out most nights but the nights we ate ate the bistro on the terrace were delicious

Everything was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, spa/ pools - super and most important - hotel room was spacious and comfortable.

Before the holidays I was looking for a really nice and posh Spa. This one exceeded my expectations from the very beginning . Biggest thank you for Marina's very efficient and helpful communication manner. (She is a rising star in the hospitality industry !). Our therapist Marcia and Daniela have amazing hands after their massage services I felt like a new person! ( If I could I would take them to London! We need such amazing people like them!). Finally Carmen was very attentive we had a very nice post treatment chat about products which were used for our treatment. I would definitely recommend this Spa for all our friends and would come back again to check the rest of the services menu. P.s For a little extra we got bubbles and a fruit platter which was a perfect note of our visit.
