just back from a weeks holiday in Tenerife and stayed in this hotel. the hotel room was comfortable for the three of us. It was cleaned to a standard you would expect. Sleep quality was excellent. Good to see that there was a security presence and there was nightly entertainment. Not a breakfast person but there was enough variety to cater for all tastes. Staff were also friendly. Only downside was and it was stated on our booking agreement there was no kettle no radio. you had to pay €15 for the safety deposit which is free in most hotels I've stayed in and €15 for the TV remote this was not made clear when booking. Overall a pleasant stay and despite the few little issues would stay again. The hotel is also close to all local amenities

Mid range hotel up in the hills. The breakfast was a little disaappointment. For 4 star hotel you expect more fresh choices. Croisants were not fresh and coffee came from machines.. Nice swimming pool but all the seats were reserved already early in the morning. There were lots of retired germans, some Finns and Swedish. About 10 minutes walk down to the centre,

2nd visit and not disappointed. Independent hotel and apartments offer bed/breakfast or half board, always kept spotlessly clean throughout. The pool is always kept clean too.
The decor is bright everywhere, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket nearby. It is set on higher level from the town in La Paz district, so can be a steep hill, but there are buses nearby and taxis are not expensive. Hotel is situated close to the Botaniacal Gardins, worth a visit.

Room Tip: Studio 107 overlooks pool in quitter position

I've visited Puerto de la Cruz over 20 times and this is still one of the best hotels in town. It's not a luxury hotel or anything like that, but it's clean, the service is good, the food is fine and the pool area is just very beautiful. I love the feeling and atmosphere in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm soon going again. The location is good too. It's walking distance from the downtown.

Room Tip: The upper floors have a great view.

begrudging service. I booked through booking.com and now find that I will be charged for use of a safe in the room and for a tv remote control. For WiFi they give you a code for one device each and no more. All of this is in breach of the contract I have which specifies free WiFi and free safe. To charge for a remote control device, you might as well charge for the toilet rolls and pillows. Management tell me it’s the fault of their holding company. That’s really what a guest wants to hear isn’t it? It is a long time since I stayed in a hotel as bad as this. It gets 2 stars rather than 1 as many of the team here are friendly and delightful eg restaurant team and housekeeping team. Reception team and management are surly and arrogant to say the least.
