Amiga Tours changed our “early entry” to 10:30 and increased our “small group” to 19. They blamed Trip Advisor so I got on the phone as we waited for the tour. TA said AT added the change. Either way, we did not enter the palace until 11:15 (the last group of the AM) and did not see the Royal Armory, Royal Pharmacy, or garden as listed in the tour description. This review is NOT about the guide who was very good. This tour was also given in both Spanish and English and it took much longer than offering a tour in one language. All of these delays on behalf of Amiga Tours caused us to reschedule the rest of our day. Others on the tour expressed similar frustration. Not a VIP, small group, or early entry tour as advertised!

We loved this tour. Some stops were a bit hurried, but totally understand because it packs a lot into one day. I'd highly recommend!

Both Toledo and Segovia are amazing, very beautiful, full of amazing buildings and history. The only minor detail I didn't like it was that we didn't have any free time in Toledo to buy a souvenir, go somewhere else, etc. Even 30 minutes would be enough. Besides that minor detail, totally recommended. The tour covers the most important in both cities, but probably both deserve a full day.

The tour of Toledo and Segovia from start to finish was excellent. Our driver and tour guide were professional and knowledgeable. We were able to visit two historically important cities outside of Madrid in one day -- hitting all of the most significant attractions. The bus was clean and comfortable. This is a great way to see and learn about Spain in the span of 11 hours.
