Great experience

Great service, all staff very kind and helpful, delicious breakfast with lots of choice, amazing view from the rooftop, hotel in general very clean, perfect location, just 10 out of 1. Highly recommend

So Welcoming and Such A Great Deal

A great deal in a great location! The staff were lovely. They were very helpful in where to visit and even arranged a picnic on my last day when I had to leave before breakfast began. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Great Staff

The Sleep'n is convenient to most of the tourist sights in Madrid. The museum Reina Sophia is across a plaza from the hotel. The Prado museum is a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is also a short walk from the Atocha train station which has service to Barcelona, Toledeo, and other major cities.

My room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was going to Madrid.

An example of what good service should be like

Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Service and amenities are superb, specially Inés and Lucía, all around service providers in this hotel. They make your stay a memorable one, going out of their way to make you confortable and totally satisfied.

Room tip: Parking is next to the hotel entrance, you might miss it

Super staff, excellent location

Excellent location. Stayed overnight on our way to Seville. There’s HOHO stop outside the hotel, train station is about 5 min walk, plenty of restaurants outside. Staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I don’t know if and when I’ll be back in madrid but I’ll stay here again. Gracias Ines and the rest of the staff.

Room tip: Stay here if you have to take the train to your next location.
